Transform your life and achieve your goals with professional and personalized support.

“What was even more impressive to me, is that chiropractic had the answer to my problem when all of the other approaches did not.” – Dr. John.

“My fascination with chiropractic started in college. As a college soccer player, I had developed what could best be described as a chronic pulled groin muscle. It was affecting my running, kicking and completely hindering my ability to play. At the time, we tried everything to help – athletic training, hot baths, cold baths, massage therapy, physical therapy, stretching, taping, you name it.

Nothing was helping. It wasn’t until I went to see a chiropractor, that we finally figured out what was causing my problem.

My lower back and pelvis were out of alignment, causing undue stress on the nerves and muscles in my upper leg. The treatment results were immediate, and I was able to resume playing soccer.”

Chiropractic is for everyone & having a family practice is an honor.

“Our family is serving your family, and that’s the way we like it. We get to help generations of people from newborns to great grandparents, from office workers to athletes live healthier lives.”

Meet Szabina Steffens

Szabina is the Office Manager at The View Chiropractic. People often ask if she’s also a chiropractor. “No [laughs]. But I do everything except for the adjustments.”

She received her qualifications in Colorado at Metro State University, Denver – B.A. in Business Management and International Business.

Szabina is busy trying to keep her son and daughter busy along with trying to instill the same healthy lifestyle Dr. Steffens and she teaches about. Proactive health care is the families’ motto.

Szabina is a community connector and enjoys bringing fresh, educational, and value-added wellness workshops to the local community. Her passions include getting back to the roots of nature and living a low-toxic lifestyle. She often shares her knowledge about non-toxic household products, driven by her growing up with a holistic approach to well-being and wellness in Hungary on her family farm. A wellness advocate she runs ‘Health and Healing‘, a Facebook Community Group open to like-minded individuals.

Dr. John just loves being together with his wife Szabina and their two children. He stays active and healthy through working out, hiking, and riding bikes. When Szabina is not in the clinic, she likes to spend time with family, exercise, cook a healthy meal, camp in the mountains or read a good book. Together, they often work on DIY home projects.

They like to be very active going for walks to the park, playing outside, or anything else that gets them moving!
